Help needed: How to restore my account after reinstalling the game?

The latest update broke my MM:

I haven’t connected the game to any platform, only to my phone. I also don’t know my Madden ID (I know, I know…but could everyone please refrain from commenting about how that’s all my own fault and so on? Or that it’s better for me anyway since OD sucks? Thanks.)

Which data should/could I save before deleting the app so I can restore my account after reinstalling?

Back in the game! Everything seems to be working and all my precious MC saved up from last season is there, too! But I just realized that I hate OD and deleted it again.

Seriously, guys: thanks to everyone being helpful and encouraging me to delete and install again. I would have never dared to delete it entirely.

My account is only linked to my device, I have had to uninstall and reinstall more times than I care to mention in the last 28 days, it's safe.

 There is no difference. A guest account by default is only linked to your device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it with no issues.

If you have a guest account, it will be lost when you delete and reinstall the game. Never happened on MM18 but happens in MO even though it's on the same device

 Do you know if you've linked your account to your device? If so, nothing will be lost.

I have no experience in this situation, but, I think if you don't have a code, then your account could be lost?   I think you'll have to contact Customer support.   Good luck man.

I had the same issue last night OP, once a week I cannot login into the game for a few hours. As long as your game is linked to your device you should be able to get back in if you reinstall the game. 

This is what I usually do, restart my device. Try you login several times, restart again. Uninstall then reinstall, uninstall restart then reinstall.

if you've linked your account to your device, then uninstalling/reinstalling should still keep your account.
