Player just stops running. Almost every play.

Bought a new controller, and Barry Sanders has never juked so good! Except since before the spin move update, of course ;)
I was able to positively confirm it has something to do with my left stick. Man I have this issues also I thought it was my left stick sticking sometimes it sucks cost me a game or two.
Yep this has been happening to me too. It's been happening daily for weeks. You hold sprint and your player just randomly slows down. It's not a controller issue. I know because when I play other games I have no issue using the same button. I don't think it's a stamina issue either because sometimes it happens right at the start of the play. I actually have a video of it happening. I'll see if I can post it here.
Is your controller thumbstick broken?

Can someone tell me why on almost every single play, my runner just stops running? I think it only happens when i press the sprint button, but i'm always pressing sprint so i can't positively tie the problem to it. This issue has shown up in a few threads on here and on reddit, but to my knowledge there has been no fix. The problem started around the holidays, and it's gotten worse and worse to the point i just can't play anymore. Does anyone know more about this?
