Do you mean the whiny congressman that sued Twitter for 250 million because people were making parody accounts about him? Or the user that sued Twitter for banning her account when she violated the Hateful Conduct policy, several times, after repeated warnings? She lost that lawsuit btw. Tons of Youtube accounts were banned for being bots, spammers, and/or pedophiles. Yes Facebook is sketchy, but seriously, it "spying and collecting info" is all on those willing to put it into their system. If you don't think they're storing it somewhere, you're stupid.
