Back to No TOTW Packs- What is EAs play here?

As someone who's spent about 18k. I don't know how ppl can spend money on the terrible pack odds they have in the store. Everything is a damn loss.
I now believe they are withholding packs due to the massive amount of make right packs they sent out. They are withholding packs to not crash the market IMO.
