I don't have Chase or Garrett, but based on what I'm seeing, at this point in the year, most people have their de and wr slots filled, and it is not a good value to build these for the negligible boost that expires in a month. So the best play, depending on what your full squad looks like, may be to just stick with the random trade (maybe you get lucky and pull the clown). That said, if you have a non-max at wr or de, I think it is worth grabbing one of them. Jefferson has been a great, reliable receiver for me. But if you like Chase or just want to grab a card you can actually see play, I'd still say get JaMarr.
