I strongly suspect there is more to this story. Has anyone besides him confirmed the DV charges were dropped? Were they dropped because he agreed to a diversion? A lot of unknowns.
The amount of people supporting him in this thread is pretty wild without knowing the facts. Then again we had people legit supporting Ruggs two years ago, so I’m not shocked.
It's not an allegation of DV. DV charges were filed the allegation is that they were dropped. We don't know why, I haven't seen the court docket. Again, EA has the info here and made the decision. I doubt they would remove him if this was simply a dropped charge. If you want to look at dropped DV charges, look up the kicker Josh Brown who never played again in the NFL after the "allegations".
As you noted, Vick, LT, Tyreek, Kareen Hunt, Malik McDowell, etc. EA has a long and noted history of supporting and glamorizing felons, even those that have been convicted. The only two instances I can think of where they took action to remove someone from the game was Jon Gruden (within 48 hours of the NFL leaking his conversations) and Kareem Hunt back in '19. Even Ruggs who quite literally killed a woman and her dog, remained in the game the rest of the year. My point being if they took this action, they did so with a significant amount of reasoning to do so.

Why would folks not support due to an allegation? Allegations does not equal guilt. People aren't perfect, either. You perfect folks are sickening.
