You can’t. Any card that doesn’t have a 80 catch rating or better can’t get pick artist, jalen fully upgraded is only 72 catch rating . So if they release another Ramsy card later in the year and his catch rating is over 80 he will get it. But this jalen ramsy wont get be able to get pick artist

Not first year in mut but all the other years of Mut if an ability was listed and you had the training you could put it on that card
