Back to I know the point of DDA is to force money purchases but wow

People cannot fathom they might be playing someone "better" than them. The concept of wins and losses affecting matchmaking is completely lost on them. But then people complain that matchmaking is broken? It makes no sense.

Oh and I put better in quotation marks, because spamming cheese and knowing how to exploit the mechanics of a game doesn't make you better in my mind, but I digress.

MUT is the only competitive game I've ever played that shows you absolutely nothing about your opponent history. Doesn't that strike you as odd about match ups when they intentionally show you nothing about your opponent strength? Why would they do that exclusively in MUT mode? It would be a lot easier to guage your performance if you knew the strength of your opponents compared to yours. Regs does show you and if you've ever played regs it is totally different as far as odd inconsistencies in gameplay. It would be a lot easier to guage DDA if you knew whether or not you just lost to good player or a bum. The Show shows me my opponents lineup, overall, rank, W/L record, stats, his last 10 opponents record... why? ...because they have nothing to hide and in a competitive game, of course we would be interested in knowing the types of players we match with. You DDA deniers blow my mind... I don't get it. They are rigging your games in a pay to play competitive mode and you simps defend them.

Trust me, our minds are blown by you as well. You just look like a bunch of babies crying because you lost. Trying to come up with some explanation for why you got beat.

Maybe we actually have perspective and can look at things objectively. We don't feel like the game is rigged, even when everything seems to go against us. Bad luck, RNG came up 7 one too many times. Doesn't mean it's some diabolical mastermind conspiracy thought up by EA, a company that fucks up constantly and shoots themselves in the foot every other week

Simping for ea to lie cheat and steal from their customer base. Good job

I think it’s funny that you believe in dda. It’s one of those thing we’re I can’t believe it until I see actual proof. Just because little Timmy saw big foot doesn’t mean he’s real. He could be, but I’m not buying it until I actually see him. Can anyone show me any proof of big foot? (Metaphorically)

They have have a patent and discuss it about in ea games. Corporation lie to make money, we just saw a big pharmaceutical company do it, you don’t think a company that was voted the worst corporation in the world twice lie cheat and steal

GoodBizBrand

They absolutely could be lying, but I can’t believe in something just based off a possible lie or a few terrible gameplay clips. Bad things happen all the time in this game because it’s a terribly made game. Until I can get something like side by side clips with identical situations with different outcomes, I don’t believe it. Do you at least understand where I’m coming from? Nobody can show anything that proves it? As of right now I don’t believe it but something could change my mind

This thesis has investigated the largely unexplored area of Multiplayer Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment (MDDA); game features that attempt to directly manipulate the performance of certain players to balance differently skilled players in a multiplayer match. Through a formal review of MDDA features in existing commercial competitive multiplayer games, a framework of MDDA “instances” was created to allow the classification of differing designs and implementations of MDDA. This was further validated using a combination of interviews and an online survey which gave insight into player values of MDDA as well as highlighting player awareness of MDDA as an area in need of further examination. Two experiments were conducted to test the effect of MDDA designed to assist low-performing players as well as the influence of awareness on performance and the player experience. These revealed MDDA to be effective at balancing performance but its presence not a guarantee of improved experience. However, awareness of MDDA was found to improve aspects of the player experience such as competence and flow and affect the performance of assisted low-performing players. Collectively, these studies have provided a much better understanding of MDDA and awareness with industry-relevant applications and contributions to better inform the design of MDDA for optimal experience. ii Balancing Act: The Effect of Dynamic Difficulty Adjustm

Okay so this just pretty much says that there is mdda but it doesn’t say it being in online madden. I agree dda is real and it’s in some ea games, but not online madden.

Sh!tters gonna sh!t

Lol love ppl that say that ....im sure you are soooo good at madden and bad at life lol parents must be proud

GoodBizBrand

I’m alright at madden. I win 18-20 games every week in champions. 16 or 17 if I get a lot of disconnections. I’m doing well in life and my parents are very proud of me. Good luck to you on whatever ur working towards.

chaffedgooch

Nah you’re trash and you know it

I wonder how many games I could win if dda was actually in the game? Do you think more or less?
