It doesn’t work. Not on Xbox anyway. My understanding is the only way for it to work would be purchasing the game over a New Zealand VPN. But simply changing your consoles time zone does not work no

nah it definitely works on xbox to this day unless game has a universal release time

You have to change your region to new Zeeland. I don't believe the time zone will work.
