I found the easiest way to beat most defensive solos is to just bull rush (truck stick the lineman). For hit sticks, do this then pressure towards the qb without touching him. He will scramble or throw to the outlet and then you can usually get a 1v1 with your first click-on. For fumbles, just spam the hit stick with your super powered edge rusher. Almost sacks them/makes fumble every time
