I used to get very frustrated as well when I first started playing, but I learned and evolved which is opposite of obtuse. I actually have complete understanding now. Let me try and address all the points addressed and try to be helpful w/o being attacked hopefully. But if so, so be it.
Escape Artist - Not a big deal and it is not cheating since everyone has the option of equipping it if they so desire. If it is being used against you, then you must counter it just like you would in real life if you ever played a mobile qb. Contain and spy, simple. Stope usering your MLB and running all out of control all over the field. You have to be disciplined and rely on your other 10.
Henry - He is no different than any other mobile qb they have released. So not cheating as anyone can have him if they so desire. I dont use him myself and for sure not threatend when I see him pop up I use Murray. See #1 above and shut him down. I have beaten Henry many times. He is not accurate and if you pressure him mistakes will happen.
Running the ball constantly. That is football in it's purest form and is far from cheating. My 10 on your 10 (minus the qb). Stop me. If you cannot stop it, improve your defense and call the right defense against the run and read the run like a LB and fill the hole. I like to run, but people often shut me down so then I have to change it up with play action, screens, and yes audibles. I have escape artist (rarely use it), I run a lot, but I also pass as well. You must be balanced.
Audibles are part of the chess game. So what if they audible multiple times. They have learned to read your defense, so you have to learn to audible on defense to match it. You can hide your formation, switch who your user, change up your defense. etc. Audibling on offense and defense for sure is not cheating. That is called thinking and very far from slow to understanding (opposite of obtuse).
I really do not think kids milk the clock. Kids have no concept of that. Time of possesion is actually very strategic in the NFL and it works in Madden as well. If your opponent does not have the ball they cannot score. I use the clock as well when the strategy justifies it and I am far from a kid. There are times to hurry and times to have ball control depending on the sitiuation. If you don't want someone to mil the clock, then stop them on defense.er mind
Sure there is cheese and glitches because it is computer programming, but those things are minimully exploted. Only when you are losing alot do you feel that their is some EA conspiracy theory or some evil mastermind behind the controller who knows everything that you are doing because they have studied it on yourtube, or the dreaded DDA police (whatever that is). My friend you must learn and evolve or find another game to play; otherwise, you are going to remain feeling miserable.
1) Escape Artist completely breaks the defense, how's it "not a big deal"? You can outrun contains, spies, completely outrun defenders, the players in coverage just stare at the quarterback while he runs right in their line of sight with no receivers in their area, etc. And the idea of "it's not cheating" just because anyone can do it doesn't hold any water. Literally anyone has the capacity and ability to cheat in something, that's never part of the idea of cheating, it's whether or not you're breaking the integrity of whatever you're doing that's the problem. And making the argument that abusing Escape Artist in conjunction with the litany of other exploits constitutes cheating.
2) He's actually not the same as any other mobile quarterback, he's just flat-out better. Can you do 80% of what Henry does with Hurts or Kyler? Sure. But Henry has the Trucking, Carrying, animations, and the best release in the game. Not to mention, he doesn't miss passes. His Short and Mid-Accuracies meet the thresholds so he'll never miss a pass and his Deep-Accuracy is apparently irrelevant since his Throw Under Pressure and On the Run are 97s. The idea of QB Henry "not being accurate" when he never misses a pass is just laughable.
3) Running the ball in real life isn't the same as in Madden. Nobody wants Madden to be a run-heavy game (it's a huge reason why Madden 20's inarguably one of the worst two Maddens of the last decade at the very least). It takes absolutely no skill to abuse the run in heavy formations because the defensive AI just don't act competently and you can use runningbacks that get nothing but the best animations in the game so you're basically never wrong. Like I said, if the run was actually balanced, that'd be one thing, but right now when any blind kid with a lobotomy who's never played Madden before can get in a game, solely run a heavy-formation, and just pound the rock and beat people they have no business even playing against, and that's a huge issue.
4) When you're just spamming audibles and flipping formations in an attempt to glitch-out the defense or quick-snap people, that's not part of any idea of a "chess match." Couple that with the fact that EA heavily nerfed making defensive-adjustments over the years and it's infinitely more insufferable.
5) Kids don't milk the clock? The hell are you talking about? The entire year has been kids milking the clock, are you just not playing the game or watching other people play? People all year have been milking entire halves to avoid actually playing the game. And again, Madden isn't real football, trying to argue Time of Possession should be wildly important in a game with four minute quarters is asinine. If kids are going to try and just abuse the most broken stuff in the game and cheat, then milk the clock to where, of the 20 minutes of game time, they have the ball for 17 minutes of it, then what's the point in literally anyone ever playing?
Nothing you said is even mildly competent or convincing, hell, all you did was either prove your ignorance on the game, or your delusion, or just outright lie for no reason.
