You are right. The action house was a good way to balance f2p and p2w and I miss the old days too. Still the hyperinflation/coinsellers made the ah just bad. 99mil should never considered a snipe.
We have a similar journey this season in lvl. We can get around #100 but its impossible to get higher as our league is 95% f2p and with ~8-8,5k power you dont do much against 14k.
