It's 4 TB for $98. I had it on my Xbox One S. I recently got an Xbox Series S. I just unplugged the drive from the One, put it in the Series, and it popped all of the games right up. The one that you're looking at will work the same, but you get 300% more storage for about 100% more price (assuming it's down to $50). Since you're looking for more memory, I would go over the top. The Series also lets you copy from the external hard drive (instead of just move). So, if you keep a copy on the hard drive, when you want to free up space on your internal drive, you can delete that copy, and still have it available for easy transfer if you want to play again in the future.
I would recommend this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0713WPGLL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
