Back to I heard that if you have a lower overall team you get better pulls, is this true, and if so, is it the team or the item binder?

I checked my heading, to face it from my house it would have to be 176. I driven past that place westbound for a decade and never noticed it. It wasn't until this I took the route eastbound and there it was.
