If it's cover 0 and you notice they are shaded down (pressing at los after snap) TE delay and block Rb and put a guy on a double move (out n up from hrm is not bad if you smart route). Make sure you have a route that goes away from the double move like a post, crosser, or slant to get the users attention. Another good route to use is the sharp smart routed corner routes from the TE.

Same thing if you notice they only have a middle third and they are pressed.

If they shade up ( corner will bail at snap and not press at all) you will have TE corners, not the sharp ones tho. Also look for drag routes and rb on flats or Texas. You can also throw low ball curls vs shaded up man and agg catch them even vs OSA.
