I never need justification for something I buy . If I can’t afford it I don’t buy it . Just saying I doubt Madden is justifying people buying PS5 lol

You misunderstood. The next gen version of the game, which hasn't come out yet, won't have crossplay. If you play a PS4 game on PS5, like madden 21, there is cross play because you're not actually playing a ps5 game.
