Yeah, you will be a bit short. You would need to complete some sets, which you might want to wait a bit, since some of the 90s were/are going for really high prices. While there isnt a specific season, you can still redeem collectibles in for MF points - it's just not nearly as efficient (especially stamina cost wise) as it has been in the past.
