Full team chem gets you +2, but I'm pretty sure you can't get the Balanced O Team Chem for the +1 speed AND have John Madden Chems since you need to have your coach with those team chems too. I'm not completely sure though cause I don't have Coach Madden.
you can also put balanced O maxed out gets +2. its impossible to get 97 speed so idk what this dudes bugging abt
