I've been a Patriots fan for over 4 decades but I was and am a Boilermaker first and foremost. Went to the last real Rose Bowl to see Drew Brees and Purdue play Washington.
Purdue is the only school to send three QB's to the superbowl (Len Dawson, Bob Griese, Drew Brees). Only school to have a pro QB (Bob Griese) go undefeated. Only school to put the first man on the moon. Go Boilers.
Oh yeah, and there's that other guy - Rod Woodson, boilermaker, olympic athlete, NFL HOF.
