Ludacris is the rapper, you mean ludicrous.
That hit although brutal, Was legal at the time, so for you to say you were surprised that EA put him in the game is Ludacris . Finally someone worth getting and somebody different !!
I mean Night Train was one of the dirtest players ever and he is in Madden. The rule book was basically writen with his film in mind. He would closeline guys, drag them down by the facemask, punch the guy he was tackling, and basically invented Pass Interference.
I like having a new Raider FS. But what about my boy Charles woodson??
The hit wasn't dirty. It was legal at the time, it just had unintended and unfortunate consequences.
Get your facts right.
Football was a mans sport back in the day. Now adays it’s been softened up just like America.
I read through and no one commented on his character, at least anywhere that can be seen on the front page. Everyone either says he shouldn't be in the game or people are defending his right to be in the game.
It is good to get these facts, but rather than judging, be empathetic: Football causes brain damage, he hit his head so many times I bet it was hard to get the helmet off from the swollen noggin. Dude played defense and loved to hurt people, there is an art to hitting people extremely hard, standing them up, and doing the damage he did to them without taking yourself out of the game. He understood how to hurt people and he got paid for it, his pride was what made him, him.
I would personally apologize and feel guilty my whole life for ruining someone else's life. Then again, I have at best hints of CTE... times were different then, bud. He's not a role model but he is a football legend.
Hard to support a dude who never even apologized to a man he paralyzed. Instead, he capitalized off of the hit and made three books for the money. It's one thing to have the hit just be unfortunate, it's another thing to be a piece of shit and feel no despair for the person whose life you just impacted forever.
EDIT: I just want to say that I'm fine with EA putting him in the game, but for everyone to defend his character is questionable at best.
That hit power better be high
Could we get some comments on how to card plays?
Game was different and so were the rules. At the time it was legal hit. Night train throwin people around by their facemasks. iM sUpRiSeD hE’s iN tHe GaMe.
What a jackass, right?
Had an int almost every game I've played with him. Hits like a truck. Glad to have him on the squad.
I've waited so long for this guy. Glad to see a true Raiders legend in the game.
finally we have a different defensive back. He can actually get ST/U
