If you have Rookie Premiere Kyler Murray, he should get an upgrade to match his latest item, though Kraelo said on Good Morning Madden he would need to confirm this with the dev team first. If you have TOTY Calais Campbell powered up, he will now reflect his latest item fully powered up. So, if you have TOTY Campbell you will not need his latest item for the Power Up.
